The last few weeks have certainly been a stressful and confusing time for many of us. We at Luke Roofing hope and pray that all of you are safe with your families, and that we can all remain calm and exercise kindness and compassion in this trying time.

We wanted to let you all know that Luke Roofing is following all guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC, State of California, and the County of Orange. According to the Orange County Emergency Operations center release (below) contractors performing services related to maintaining safe and functional housing are still an essential activity even in this public health crisis. As a result, we are still open! However, we are taking steps above and beyond what is required to keep our employees, customers, and everyone else we may be in contact with safe and healthy. We are instructing our work crews to maintain more than 6 feet of distance between themselves and our clients, and for our estimators to practice non-contact assessments and to completely refrain from entering residences. All of our office staff are working from home and practicing all social distancing protocol.

We are committed to the health and safety of our clients, fellow industry members, and our own employees. We are also committed to making sure that you are able to receive any repairs or housing safety measures you may need.

Please have patience with us as we work to respond to phone calls and inquiries. We will reply to everyone, but it will take some time due to the volume of inquiries we are receiving and the challenging circumstances. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in this trying time!

We will get through this crisis together if we remain calm, compassionate, and follow the recommendations of experts in charge of monitoring the issue. From everyone at Luke Roofing, please stay safe and healthy!
