USE CAUTION: Unfortunately, we had to demo this addition. Roof, walls, and the slab. The entire addition was pulling away and sinking.

The previous contractor took advantage of one of our veterans. He was working and couldn't be there to watch. We took care of him and built a new, open air 30'x20' patio.

Stained or natural, it's pergola time. We use 2x12's centered at 16" for the most shade. Natural vines are a great addition to any pergola.

There are still a few Hawaiian Blue houses out there. Some customers still love the color. We did two this color; back to back. One changed, one kept the color.

These dark water stains are from excess mop water. They did have Vinyl plank, but the sub-floor started to delaminate. Going back with 3/4" Pine flooring. Ready to sand, stain & clear.

This burnout and total gut has been a challenge. The homeowner and I couldn't be more thankful for State Farm. They have really stood by the homeowner.

Are your first floor ceilings too low? Do you hate the layout?

No problem, we can lift the second story and rebuild the first floor walls. Then lower it back in place.
