๐ Lake City, FL | Full-Time | M-F | 8 AM - 5 PM
Green Dynamix is looking for an experienced Plant & Tree Nursery Manager to lead operations at our 44-acre distribution nursery in Lake City. This position is full-time, on-site and we work from Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
โ ๏ธ Please read before applying: This position is best suited for candidates who live in Lake City or the immediate surrounding area and enjoy working outdoors. The majority of this role is performed outside in the Florida heat, humidity, and weather conditions year-round.
We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive, team player mindset

Has plant/tree nursery, horticulture, greenhouse, or plant industry experience
โ
Has at least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience
โ
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
โ
Enjoys leading teams and solving problems

Is physically capable of spending hours outdoors walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working around plant material and nursery equipment in the Florida heat and elements
In this role, you'll oversee daily nursery operations, plant and tree care, inventory organization, order loading and fulfillment, team leadership, safety, and facility maintenance to help keep our nursery running efficiently, orders fulfilled accurately, shipping schedules running on time and our professional landscaping clients happy. ๐

Schedule & Compensation:
โข Full-time, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., MondayโFriday, with occasional overtime or flexible hours based on operational needs
โข Salary Range: $20 - $30 / Hour | $40,000 - $80,000 / Year
