As a regional distributor of wholesale ground cover, plants, and trees, we only serve commercial and residential landscaping companies. Green Dynamix delivers landscape materials to your facility or jobsite exactly when you need them. We have built our reputation by following through on our promises and solving our client’s problems. Based in Lake City, Florida, we are strategically located to provide convenient and responsive service to the Southeast. We have our own delivery fleet and drivers who make weekly deliveries throughout the entire region. Using this model, you can get a full or partial truckload delivered to you at a reasonable cost. With the ability to customize shipping options, we can deliver ground cover, shrubs, trees, palms, mulch, pine straw and landscaping tools you need ALL on the same truck, as quickly as the NEXT DAY. As a value-added service, our knowledgeable staff includes sourcing and logistics experts able to locate hard-to-find material in large quantities that meet your job's specific spec and quality requirements. Our business is built on accommodating the needs of our customers and we offer a generous credit terms program to qualifying customers. 🌳 Specimen tree installation highlight 🌳

This beautiful Southern Magnolia rode out on one of our trucks yesterday for installation by Russell Landscape Group, and it’s now the anchor of the front elevation on this residential project in Savannah, GA.

🌲Full and dense from base to tip, with the southern charm of glossy green over rusty-brown foliage that makes magnolias such a classic specimen or accent choice in southern landscape designs.

A tree like this isn’t just another line on the plant list. It has to show up on the jobsite healthy, damage-free, on schedule, and ready to set in the ground the day the crew needs it. 👏

Welcome to the team, Jonathan Rue! 🥳🚛

Jonathan is officially our new Shipping Supervisor at Green Dynamix, and our crew gave him a proper welcome (cake included).

He comes to us with a background that fits the role to a T: seven years in the U.S. Air Force leading crews, scheduling work orders, and running large-scale inventory ops, followed by years in high-volume warehouse and distribution work and, most recently, helping industrial clients build smarter inventory systems right here in Lake City.

That's the kind of experience that keeps trucks loaded right and leaving on time. Consistent quality, on time — Jonathan's here to help us keep that promise on every delivery.

Please join us in welcoming Luis Peña to the Green Dynamix team! 🌱

Luis joined us last week as our new Nursery Manager, and the Lake City crew made sure day #1 was properly celebrated — cake included. 🎂

He brings more than 20 years of horticulture and agricultural operations leadership to our nursery and distribution operations: a degreed agronomist who has run large-scale nursery propagation programs, directed growing operations for some of Puerto Rico's biggest producers, and managed everything from irrigation infrastructure to integrated pest management.

For our landscape contractor partners, here's what that means: we added another deep bench of growing expertise behind the material you count on — someone who has spent a career making crops meet spec, on schedule and at scale.

For landscapers working commercial projects, there are times when the best plant or tree variety for the install might not be the one on the plant list… 📋

Sometimes it depends on availability, if material is limited or inconsistent. Other times it can be difficult to match the spec requirements on large scale projects.

If it makes sense for your plant list and budget to consider a substitution option, always discuss it first with the GC or Landscape Architect before making the swap — it could even help you stay within your project ‘s budget better. 👏

👇This is a swap worth knowing! Here’s why: 🤔

When substitutions are considered, Lomandra ‘Breeze’ and Lomandra ‘Lime Tough’ can be used as smart swaps for each other in the landscape. They both bring the low-maintenance, drought-tough profile Lomandra is already known for — just remember, they’re not interchangeable on sight before approval:
