This clients faucet was leaking below. It would not come apart nicely. So we moved to plan B

Putting a clients home back together after water mitigation. The original Pedestal sink had been installed without the wall cleat. Very lucky nobody pulled sink off onto themselves.

I need to do a better job documenting the projects with before images. The client experienced a bladder failure in their pressure tank, which has now been replaced with a new setup that provides consistent water pressure.

This was a 2006 model that decided to leak randomly. The average life of an electric heater 15 years

2004 Water Heater, still working. But water heaters don't last more than 12-15 years on average. Client decided to make it a planned event instead of an urgent one.

I think it’s an upgrade
Original lawn hydrant froze, but it was also installed very close to the ground making it hard to connect hose.
I left the old faucet , they will patch the hole at a later date.

Client states they didn’t leave the hose attached all winter. Lab tests say otherwise.
