R&R Roofing & Waterproofing, INC is seeking to hire an Architectural Sheet Metal Installer. 5+ years experience in the trade preferred. Ideal fit is a fabricator who deals in light guage metals with an artistic touch.

Requirements

Must be proficient in the following

-Installation of conductor heads and down spouts on industrial tilt up projects.
-Basic stucco to roofing transition flashing.
-Installation of reglet and counter flashing.
-Construct, fabricate, alter, and repair architectural sheet metal components (wall panels, roof panels, claddings, gutters, etc.).
-Proficient in the use of all tools and equipment required to perform job functions.
-Correctly selects specified type of materials.
-Performs basic layout.
-Mark cutting lines on materials.
-Accurately form and shape materials to prescribed measurements.
-Assembles, cut and shapes materials as specified in plans or directed by supervisor.
-Properly fastens materials as specified and applies caulks and sealants.
-Verifies trueness of work and structure with plumb bob, carpenter's level, etc.
-Performs material handling and laboring duties as it relates to trade. Other duties as assigned.
-Study and interpret instructions, blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required and the detailed method of assembly.
