We normally recommend 7.5kw Mr. steam or elite steam unit for our clients. This 3.5kw “leisure Tine” unit has some heart to her for a 30amp 👌. They include a 1 year warranty which is nice.

I interviewed a serial Entrepreneur while deciding to start a corporation/business. He told me “going into business for yourself is not for everyone. You have to make decisions that most people don’t want to make, tell people things that they won’t want to here, work hours that you can’t keep track of, and it will be hard for the people around you to understand, and if you make it past the first few years just remember to make time for family.” As we’re coming towards our third year I will never forget that conversation. ⚒⚒⚒⚒

After clients get serious about their project we do still produce an initial hand rendering which helps clients visualize their new bathroom, kitchen, etc… it also expedites the cabinet ordering process when the designer receives something like this compared to a rectangle with measurements outlining a room/bathroom.

Oddly enough I have two large scale renovations in different county’s that have identical scenarios with the city building department. When I tell the city that the owners don’t live or need to live in the home yet and we want a demolition permit just to remove everything cosmetic while the Architects and engineers finish the proposed new layout…..They don’t seem to understand why 🤷‍♂️. Technically there is no such permit for cosmetic demolition. If we weren’t going through these motions, especially on older built homes, what is shown at the end of this video could lead to a catastrophic failure one day 😨⚒⚒⚒
