Season kickoff at CBLD 👊

One room, the whole team—new faces, familiar ones. We shared department updates, ran trainings, and pulled back the curtain on what we’ve been building all winter.

This year we introduced the CBLD Boot Program. We brought the Red Wing truck onsite and outfitted 100+ team members with new boots—on us. Most were fitted right there in the parking lot, and the rest headed out with store vouchers. Watching everyone step off that truck in fresh boots was easily one of the best moments of the day.

Because our boots-on-the-ground team deserves the real thing.
