We were asked to handle this claim back in 2016 following a typical Nebraska hail storm. Our team was successfully able to handle claim and reconstruction of roof system after. 1 1/2 battle with the insurance company. Property investor was ecstatic of outcome and has since asked us to partner up on other properties in their portfolio. If the damage is there, we Will find it!!

Hail storm 2020. We are currently battling the insurance company on this large loss claim. Adjuster met onsite with property owner and myself. Adjuster stated he saw damage
And continued to point out damages. Weeks later insurance company sent letter stating as per our discussion during our inspection, there was no damage. Keep in mind, the adjuster who sent that letter was not the adjuster on site during inspections. Not sure what conversation or who had that conversation with?! Looking forward to updating this outcome.

This large loss claim was damage sustained from an 80mph wind event. Initially the insurance company stated this was a maintenance issue. After our team’s forensic inspections we were able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the damage was in fact from a wind event. We took this claim from &0 to $800,000.00

May 2020 a devastating tornado ripped through Lebanon Missouri. We were asked by a contractor to assist in the building envelope inspection, Claims consulting and overall insurance evaluation/repair restoration evaluation. Property managers And Property Investors are not our only client. We are often times hired by general contractors to aid and Assist when large loss claims occur. This only benefits their clients!
