If you’ve been following Engerman Contracting, you know that John Engerman’s name has been connected to quality homes in the Lake Geneva area for decades.

The last Engerman home to come to market sold for $2.25M. Now, another home is on the horizon, carrying forward the craftsmanship, experience, and legacy behind the Engerman name.

We’re still a little ways from construction, but we wanted to give you an early look at what’s coming.

The 𝐅𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is moving along on both sides of the build. 🏡

Drywall is nearly complete inside, while soffit and fascia work is scheduled to begin in the next couple of weeks.

With the interior getting closer to the finish work and the exterior moving ahead, there’s going to be plenty to watch for on this one.

Inside the 𝐅𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭, the finishing work is underway. 🔨

Doors and trim are being installed, the staircase is moving forward, and tile prep has begun.

There’s a different feel to a home at this point in construction. The larger pieces are in place, and the work starts getting more focused on the materials, finishes, and craftsmanship that will define the final look.

The 𝐅𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 is looking more finished from the outside, while the interior is starting to change quickly. 🏡

Siding is mostly complete, and trim and doors are now going in inside. Those additions make a surprisingly big difference, and it won’t be long before the interior starts looking much closer to the home you’ll see when it’s finished.

There’s still plenty to come, but this one is getting closer to feeling like the finished retreat it was built to be. 🌿✨

From studs to rooms. 🏡

At the 𝐅𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, drywall is in and finishing is underway. It’s one of those phases where a project can look completely different in a matter of days, as the walls begin to define the spaces and the interior starts feeling more like a home.

There’s plenty more to come as the finishes begin to take over. 🔨✨

Progress continues at our 𝐅𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 as insulation is now being installed.

While much of this work will soon be hidden behind the walls, it's an important part of building a home that's comfortable, efficient, and built to last. Every phase matters, and it's rewarding to see this addition continue taking shape.

The 𝑭𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 is continuing to take shape, and the latest progress is exciting to see.

Siding is now over halfway complete, giving the home's exterior more of its finished character. Inside, hardwood flooring has officially begun, adding another layer of craftsmanship to this custom 5,000-square-foot home.

Designed with an open floor plan, a four seasons room overlooking the pool, and spaces built for gathering, this home is steadily becoming everything it was envisioned to be.

There's plenty more to come, and we're looking forward to sharing each stage along the way.
