From Footings to Fire Pit: Home Addition + Full Exterior Transformation in Kenosha, WI

This Kenosha home got a lot more than an update. Our team designed and built a new [size/room type] addition, then remodeled the entire exterior so the new space looks original to the house, not tacked on.

What we delivered:
🏗️ New home addition: foundation, framing, roofing, and full MEP, tied seamlessly into the existing structure
🏡 Complete exterior remodel: Lifetime LP siding, new lifetime OC roofing, Alpen windows, and trim
🌲 Custom deck built for Wisconsin winters: Cedar Deck Custom Built
🔥 Outdoor living space: Cover eating space, grilling area with built in cabinets, pergola with swing, and an arbor.

One company handled the whole project, from permits to final walkthrough, with a dedicated project manager and weekly updates the whole way.

Dear Wall,

It's not you, it's us. Actually... it's you. 🧱

For years you blocked our view of the kids, the TV, and the snacks. You made our kitchen feel like a hallway with a fridge. So we called Elite Improvements LLC.

They brought in a structural engineer, pulled the permits, installed an engineered beam, and took you out without the ceiling coming with you. Now the kitchen and living room are one big open space, the light actually reaches the back of the house, and we can yell "dinner's ready" without walking anywhere.

Life is better without you. Please don't come back.

— Every homeowner after an open-concept remodel

Thinking about removing a load-bearing wall in Lake Geneva or anywhere in Walworth, Racine, Kenosha, or Waukesha County? Elite Improvements LLC is a BBB-accredited, NARI-certified remodeling contractor that handles structural changes from engineering to final finish.

Big congratulations to Christopher and Emily Lind! 💍

Chris has spent years helping homeowners commit to the remodel of their dreams. This weekend he signed the biggest contract of his life: no change orders, no exit clause, lifetime warranty.

We couldn't be prouder. (And yes, they insisted the trailer be in the photo.) 🎉

🏡 Whole-Home Transformation in Burlington, WI

This one had it all. Our team at Elite Improvements just took on a complete top-to-bottom remodel for a Burlington family, and the results speak for themselves.

What we did:
✔️ New master suite with a full en suite bath and same-level laundry. No more hauling baskets up and down stairs.
✔️ Full second-floor roof raise with new dormers, adding two more bedrooms
✔️ Complete exterior makeover with a brand-new roof and siding, top to bottom
✔️ Whole-home mechanical upgrades, including septic, so everything behind the walls is as solid as what you see

Real planning: structural work, permits, mechanical coordination, and keeping a family’s life moving during construction. That’s what we do every day.

Thinking about adding space instead of moving? Let’s talk.

Sun when you want it. Shade when you need it.

For this Burlington home, Elite Improvements designed and built a custom upper deck with a retractable cover for added comfort in sun and light weather. The deck also creates a covered patio below, complete with a ceiling fan and lighting. No more waiting for the perfect forecast to enjoy the deck.

Thinking about upgrading your outdoor space? Let’s build a deck that does more.

When cooler weather brings life indoors, a well-designed home makes all the difference.

Warm wood cabinetry, rich countertops, generous storage, and a spacious peninsula make this kitchen practical, comfortable, and welcoming. Its open connection to the dining area keeps everyone together... even when dinner is still on the stove.

Same lake home. Much stronger first impression.

This lake home exterior remodel brought new life to the property with deep blue siding, crisp white trim, and a reworked walkway that feels more welcoming and intentional. The footprint stayed familiar, but the curb appeal got a complete rewrite.
