We are painting the I-beam black. Ran three ways on both sides of the barn for lights on both sides of the I-beam. Headed outlets in the wall. Now we are putting up metal sheets for the ceiling.

They are definitely doing a great job on a horse farm that we are currently.Updating with new ceiling and wall outlets, lights, outdoor coach lights, and a new panel.
The property manager definitely had a great idea for the type of siding to protect against mice and rats.
