Here’s a rebuild job we recently completed where we installed new drop ceiling tiles after the original ceiling had been affected by water damage. Once the damaged materials were removed and the area was properly mitigated and dried, we were able to restore the space and bring it back together with a clean new ceiling installation. The fans and dehumidifiers shown in the video are some of the types of machines we would use on a job like this to help dry the affected areas before the rebuild process begins.

After opening the area up, we installed air movers and dehumidifiers throughout the space to begin the drying process and help prevent further damage from spreading. Today we worked on a basement water damage job where the affected flooring and the bottoms of the drywall had to be removed so the moisture could be properly addressed. After opening everything up, we installed multiple air movers and dehumidifiers throughout the basement to begin drying the area as efficiently as possible and help prevent further damage from setting in.
