Brand new construction. Looked clean to the naked eye.
Infrared showed staining/moisture concerns above the kitchen island area that most buyers would never see during a normal walk-through.
New construction does not mean perfect construction. Don’t be naive and assume the builder caught everything.
Hire a qualified home inspector before you close.
