Things are starting to take shape at Cockrell Hill in Dallas, Texas!

With the concrete work behind us, framing is officially going vertical and the vision for this project is becoming easier to see every day. There’s something exciting about watching walls go up and spaces begin to take form!

Every success we’ve built comes back to one thing: the people who show up every day and give their best to the work, to each other, and to Pavilion. Building Toward 20: 6 months until Pavilions 20 year anniversary!

Every company remembers the project that started it all. For Pavilion Construction, that project was Bella Vista Townhomes in Clovis, New Mexico. Completed in 2008, Bella Vista was Pavilion’s first completed project and an important milestone in the company’s early growth. The development delivered 61 townhome-style units designed to provide quality housing for families in a region experiencing renewed economic growth driven by eastern New Mexico’s agricultural industry.

Financed through tax credits awarded by the Mortgage Finance Authority, the project ultimately expanded beyond its original scope. As leasing activity moved faster than anticipated, additional resident-focused amenities were incorporated to further enhance the community and overall living experience. Bella Vista helped establish the foundation Pavilion continues to build on today.

What an afternoon for Team Pavilion!

Our New Mexico division had a blast celebrating Albuquerque Business First’s 2026 Best Places to Work awards, where we were ranked #10 in the medium-sized company category!

The event was complete with drinks, a popcorn machine, frito pies, and games at every table - which of course resulted is some friendly rivalry between within the team. Turns out project engineers are unbeatable at Connect Four.

We’re incredibly proud of this recognition because it reflects the people who make Pavilion such a great place to work every single day. A strong culture is built by a strong team, and we’re lucky to have some of the best.

Thank you to Albuquerque Business First for a fantastic event and for recognizing the workplaces that make New Mexico a great place to build a career.

From one year to seven, each anniversary represents countless contributions, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to building great things together. Another great subcontractor and partner appreciation event in the books!🎉

We know that projects like the Mesa del Sol Tract 1, in partnership with Woodbury Corporation and Dekker, don't happen without an incredible team of trade partners. We simply couldn't do what we do without each and every subcontractor who shows up every day, puts in the work, and takes pride in building something great together.

We had the privilege of hosting a subcontractor appreciation lunch at our Woodbury jobsite as a small way to say thank you. Our Project Manager Chris Tuggle shared a few words of appreciation, recognizing the dedication, craftsmanship, and teamwork that make this project possible.

To all of the crews who are out there battling the New Mexico elements day after day - thank you. Your hard work, resilience, and commitment do not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do.

The progress on this project has been nothing short of remarkable. In just eight short months, this team has accomplished an incredible amount, and that's a direct reflection of the outstanding people working on this site every single day.

95% complete and heading toward the finish line at Southgate in Carson City, Nevada!

Our Southgate exterior renovation project has reached an exciting milestone, with all original contract requirements now complete. Our team is currently working through the remaining change order requests as we put the finishing touches on this renovation.

Projects like Southgate are about more than improving a building’s exterior - they’re about investing in the places people call home and helping ensure those communities continue to serve residents for years to come.

We’re proud to partner with Nevada Rural Housing Authority on this project alongside Mac Associates, the project architect. Thank you to our project team, trade partners, and everyone involved for the collaboration and hard work that have brought Southgate to 95% completion.
