Not all the work happens where you can see it.

At Silver Thatch Atlantic Plaza, our team is currently performing concrete beam repairs to help restore the structure’s integrity and longevity. The process includes removing deteriorated concrete, cleaning and treating exposed steel reinforcement (rebar), applying protective coatings, and carefully repouring the repair areas.

These repairs require attention to detail, proper preparation, and quality workmanship to ensure long-lasting results. It’s not the most glamorous part of construction, but it’s some of the most important.

Restoring the structure from the inside out.

At Spado Construction, our team is currently at Silver Thatch Atlantic Plaza completing critical concrete beam repairs for the pool and surrounding areas.

This process involves:
• Removing deteriorated and damaged concrete
• Cleaning and treating exposed steel/rebar
• Applying protective coatings to help prevent future corrosion
• Re-pouring and rebuilding the structural repairs with precision and care

A lot of the most important work in construction happens behind the scenes, and in this case, above and below the areas residents see every day.

Structural restoration like this helps protect the integrity and longevity of the pool for years to come.
