Carl Mascarenas, the owner of CM Concrete Construction, has had over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, working in both small and large residential and commercial jobs. He's ACI certified as a concrete flatwork technician and tilt-up techn

ician. He's worked for reputable companies such as Big D and Layton Construction, starting as a laborer at eighteen years old to a superintendent in his later years. He is open in communication with homeowners and generals, so they know the ins and outs of what he is doing. You can be confident in knowing that Carl understands the process and knows what needs to happen to deliver quality and timely work.

We have officially changed our business name from CM Concrete Construction to Mascarenas Construction!

This change will help better distinguish our company and eliminate any confusion with businesses that have similar names. While our name is changing, our ownership, commitment to quality craftsmanship, and dedication to our customers remain exactly the same.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll begin seeing our new name on our website, social media pages, invoices, vehicles, and other materials. We appreciate your patience while we complete these updates.
