Carl Mascarenas, the owner of CM Concrete Construction, has had over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, working in both small and large residential and commercial jobs. He's ACI certified as a concrete flatwork technician and tilt-up technician. He's worked for reputable companies such as Big D and Layton Construction, starting as a laborer at eighteen years old to a superintendent in his later years. He is open in communication with homeowners and generals, so they know the ins and outs of what he is doing. You can be confident in knowing that Carl understands the process and knows what needs to happen to deliver quality and timely work.

This driveway was completed from start to finish with a focus on proper preparation, quality materials, and long-term durability.

• Excavated and removed approximately 8–9 inches of existing soil and concrete below the new driveway grade.
• Hauled in approximately 16.5 tons of road base and properly compacted the subgrade to provide a solid, stable foundation.
• Ordered approximately 12.5 cubic yards of concrete with microfiber reinforcement for added durability and crack resistance.
• The entire process was completed with the goal of building the driveway correctly, not simply completing the job as quickly or inexpensively as possible.

Our goal with every project is to make sure the homeowner is getting a good investment for their money. We believe in building our concrete work to last for decades, with proper preparation and quality workmanship that can outlast the life of the home itself.
