Hi everyone, we have been getting a lot of questions and people reaching out and just wanted to make sure we are all on the same page. We are coming back! This will be our 4th year of lawn services. We have a couple changes to our policies this year that we just wanted to make sure everyone understands. One of us will be heading off to college in the fall. In order to stay healthy and make sure we can make time for everyone, we have decided to make a couple changes that will help us with scheduling. - From now on we will only be doing grass cutting and edging - any other services will be provided separately and on a different schedule.
- We will no longer be hourly but by price of the job. Those of you that are returning customers, prices will remain the same as they were hourly. (Ex. If we only charged you $40 last year, you are still only $40.) Those of you that will be new to our service will go by an estimate on the day we arrive unless you provide pictures.
- We will not cut grass in the rain as in the past has left bad results that we are unhappy with.
- We also will not be hauling grass away for free as we have in the past so please let us know so we can charge you appropriately.
We plan to start scheduling as soon as the weather becomes more consistent. Scheduling will get easier as we get closer to summer and finish school.

As we all know mowing season is right around the corner. Until the summer we ask you to be patient with us as we are still in school finishing out the year and dealing with sports. We will try to schedule you in as quickly and efficiently as possible. A couple things have changed since last season. For jobs locally inside the Lake Stevens school district we will be charging $50 an hour. For jobs outside of the district the price will vary between $60-$80 an hour depending on the location of the job. We are also doing a senior discount $10 off an hour the entire season, you have to prove you are a senior (65+). Our main focus is cutting grass and edging, other services may affect the price.
