Just about through first floor siding!

What a great project! We had the pleasure of creating an awesome deck transformation for the owners of at their personal residence! 90% of the existing framing was in great shape so expanding out forward as well as to the left and right was a breeze! In addition to the expansion, we poured a large concrete slab underneath for clean storage and a hot tub pad off the lower left tier. Going forward, a full cedar hand rail, and custom big timber framing covered area really put this one in a separate arena. Beautiful exposed 1 1/2” pine setting on
4x8” rafters tied together with matte black hardware and a custom gable out front. Still to be built, encapsulating the lower portions with lattice and two access doors to the storage area. Gutters were installed earlier this week and we will be returning this spring for stain and seal! Thanks again Tarletons for the return business and valued relationship!

We really knocked this one out of the park once again. Minor rot repair a couple siding fixes and a full repaint. With a new updated color palette and trim repairs our client is super pleased! Thank you Schlimgens for such a great project, it was a pleasure!

Here’s a before and after of Paesano’s‘s coffee in Monroe! We had the pleasure of giving them a bit of a facelift as well as handling all of their rot repairs! We gave them a properly sealed and updated look with new windows and door! Thanks so much for such a great project and all The caffeine somebody could possibly ask for!!
