A Quick Update From Our Team‼️‼️‼️
We just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has reached out to us over the past several days.
Between the storm damage, extended power outages, generator requests, repairs, and service calls, our phones have been nonstop. We’ve received more requests for standby generators and electrical work in a short period of time than we normally see, and we know many of you are still waiting to hear back from us.
Please know that your messages have not been ignored. We are working through calls, texts, Facebook messages, and estimate requests as quickly as we possibly can.
That being said, we’re a small local team, and there are only so many hours in a day. We don’t want to rush jobs, cut corners, or sacrifice the quality of work and communication that our customers have come to expect from us.
We’re doing our best to prioritize the situations that need immediate attention while also keeping up with our existing customers, ongoing projects, and new requests. Because of the sheer number of people reaching out, there may unfortunately be some projects or estimates we simply aren’t able to take on right now. We truly hate having to say that, but we also want to be honest about what we can realistically handle.
And we want to ask one thing from everyone: please be patient with our team.
This has been an exhausting week for everyone. Our team members have families, homes, and properties that have been affected by the same storms and outages you’ve experienced. Even through all of that, they’ve continued putting in long hours and doing everything they can to help our community.
We’re not a huge corporation. We’re your local electricians, and we’re real people doing our absolute best during an incredibly difficult week.
To everyone who has called, texted, referred us to a friend or neighbor, trusted us with your home or business, or simply given us a little extra patience — thank you. We truly appreciate it more than you know.
We’ll keep working, keep answering, and keep helping as many people as we possibly can.
Thank you for supporting local. ❤️
