🚛Lawn Maintenance Driver/ Crew Leader - Immediate Hire

** Responsibilities **
1. Drive truck/trailer to residential/commercial properties.
2. Load and unload equipment ( mowers, trimmers, blowers).
3. Assist with lawn maintenance (cutting, edging, trimming, cleanup).
4. Ensure equipment is properly secured.
5. Maintain clean driving record.
6. Represent company professionally at job sites.

Requirements
1. Valid Florida Driver’s License
2. Clean Driving Record
3. Experience driving truck & trailer
4. Reliable transportation to work
5. Punctual and dependable
6. Lawn care experience

Responsibilities & Requirements:
~Must have a valid Florida Driver's License, with 5 years of a clean driving record, alongside having a personally owned vehicle (POV).
~Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally & written, service matters with the field team lead, other team members, and customer care with the highest level of company's professional satisfactions.
~Oversee crew destinations/ routing, and internal/ external vehicle & trailer maintenance; while having the same amount of experience driving a truck & trailer.
~Manage the implemented notification lists based on company commands; i.e. Expense Logs, Equipment/ Inventory Logs, Worker's Timesheet Logs, and etc.

Performance & Qualifications:
~Workdays are Mondays through Saturdays, starting from 7:30am and ends at 5:00pm; end times may vary if workload exceeds. Pay is based on experience, and compensation will be allotted for overtime.
~Lawn care and landscaping certifications are preferred, but not required.
~Green Hands, LLC uniforms and gear are to be worn at all times throughout the workday, especially with every customer.
~A self-motivated individual with a keen sense for details; to be a team player, prioritizing multiple tasks given.
~Shows thorough knowledge of greenery identifications, diversely, and landscaping techniques.
~Must show proper use of all lawn servicing equipment/ materials, safeties, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
~Provide efficient & quality of service completions in labor; i.e. bed cleanings, trimmings, debris management, weeding, hedging/ edging, and in all other installations.
~Loading/ Unloading of materials, and equipment.
~Having the capacity to lift at least 50 pounds, consistently, throughout the workday.
~Maintain a Drug & Alcohol Free environment at all times.
