The outlets are built into the drawer, out of sight, so your countertop stays clean.

A kitchen designed for everyday life. A spacious island gives you room to prep, cook, and gather, with plenty of seating for family and friends.

None of this happened to look good online. Thirty years of hands-on work turned into instinct.

Instinct turned into trust. And trust turned into everything else, the homes, the referrals, the kinds of projects we get to take on now.

It's one story, not a list of achievements.

Most contractors in Florida stay in one lane, homes or commercial, rarely both. LMP Custom Builders is licensed for residential, commercial, and buildings up to four stories, all handled by the same team.

Splitting a renovation into phases feels like the responsible thing to do. In practice, it often means paying for the same setup twice, catching a higher material price the second time around, and living through construction more than once instead of just once.

A home renovated as a single project tends to come together differently too, one set of decisions, not two sets made years apart.

If your home has more than one area that needs attention, it's worth finding out what doing it as one project could actually save you.

Thirty years ago, this wasn't a company yet. It was a family already building, first Leo's grandfather, then his mother, then Leo himself, starting on a job site at twelve years old.

Today, that same hands-on experience runs LMP Custom Builders in Palm Beach. Over 1000 homes, renovations, and construction projects later, the work still speaks first, earned through trust and the relationships we build with every client we serve.

This is where it started, and why it still matters.

Save this if you're planning next season's project.

Most homeowners renovate for how a home looks and feels. Fewer think about how a renovation can also change what they pay to insure it.

In this market, that's becoming one of the most overlooked details in a project.

A roof, windows, and structure built to current Florida code do not just protect the home, they can also improve the numbers an insurer uses to set the premium.

That is one more reason a renovation is worth doing right, not just doing.

Nobody plans to lose sleep over a renovation, but it happens more often than people admit, especially when you're not on site to see where the money is actually going.

This is the structure we use to make sure that NEVER becomes your experience. A contract that locks in the numbers, phases you pay for as they're completed, and full visibility if anything changes.

If peace of mind matters as much to you as the finish, let's talk.
