🏠 BUYING A HOME? DON’T SKIP THE SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION! 🚨

We recently received an emergency call from a customer whose main sewer was backing up into the house.

The surprising part? They had purchased the home only THREE DAYS earlier.

When Urban Plumbing Inc. arrived, we found the main sewer line completely clogged. After inspecting the sewer system, we discovered a serious problem: the main sewer pipe was shifted and damaged just outside the foundation of the house, restricting the flow and contributing to the backup.

Our team excavated the area, exposed the damaged section, removed the failed pipe, and installed a new section of sewer pipe to restore proper flow. ✅

This is exactly why we recommend a sewer scope inspection BEFORE purchasing a home.
