Some of our coolest work is happening above the city.

AAEXS has helped create green roofs and rooftop spaces throughout Chicagoland—from commercial buildings and community facilities to recognizable locations like the Chicago Bulls Advocate Center and Lincoln Park Zoo.

Big things are taking shape at Chicago O’Hare International Airport!

Construction is going vertical on the new $1.3 billion Concourse D, and we’re excited to share that All American Exterior Solutions will be part of this major project.

Our team will be furnishing and installing the metal wall panels, column covers, and louvers throughout the new concourse, with our work continuing through next year.

When finished, the 580,000-square-foot concourse will add 19 new gates and help transform the travel experience at one of the world’s busiest airports.

We’re proud to bring our architectural metal expertise to another major Chicago-area project. Stay tuned as we share progress along the way!

Last Friday, we traded the office for a Wrigley rooftop! ⚾🐻

We had such a great time watching the Cubs and spending the afternoon with our clients and team. It was the perfect opportunity to step away from work, enjoy some Chicago baseball, and connect with the people we’re grateful to work alongside.

This large residential development shows just how much detail goes into a complete exterior system. Our work included the fiber-cement panel system, rainscreen components, ACM metal channels, ATAS metal soffit panels, functional and non-functional louvers, insulation, furring, aluminum trims, and detailed finishing around windows, doors, corners, and transitions.

The combination of fiber-cement panels, brick, and contrasting exterior finishes gives the building a modern look while providing long-lasting protection. From the materials behind the siding to the final finishing details, every part of this project required careful planning and installation.

We’re proud to have helped bring the exterior of the Residences at EastBank to life!
