Hello, friends! We’re here once again to share this beautiful project with you.

We had a great time working with Natalie and Simon on finishing their basement. It was a bit of a long process, and Natalie was in charge of choosing the colors and many of the finishes. I think we may have stressed her out a little by asking her to make so many decisions at once—she probably didn’t want to see another color sample by the end! 😂 But she did an excellent job. Simon’s drawings also made it much easier for us to understand their vision and bring their ideas to life. Everything turned out beautiful!

Thank you so much, Natalie and Simon, for trusting us with your project. We hope you enjoy your new space!

Hello, friends! 👋

Today, I’d like to share one of the projects we’ve been working on recently.

I want to give a special thank you to Kathlyne and her husband for trusting us with their home. It was truly a pleasure working with you both, and I’m so happy to know you’re pleased with the results!

We also had the chance to talk about some future projects they have in mind, and I would absolutely love to help bring those ideas to life! I know these things take time and planning, but whenever you’re ready, we’ll be here and happy to help.

Thank you again for trusting KABOS LLC. I hope you both enjoy your beautiful new space! 🏡🔨

I’ve been pretty busy lately working on two bigger projects at the same time. They both started around the same time, and after a lot of work, we ended up finishing them just a few days apart.

While working on those larger projects, I was also able to take care of some smaller jobs for my customers, and this video shows a few of them. 🔨🏠

Not every project has to be a big remodel. Sometimes a smaller repair, update, or improvement can make a big difference. I always do my best to make time and help my customers when I can, even when we’re busy with larger projects.

I’m very thankful to everyone who continues to trust KABOS LLC, whether it’s for a small job or a complete remodel.

And now that those two bigger projects are finished, I’ll be sharing some photos and videos of them soon. We put a lot of work into both, and I’m excited to show you the final results.

Thank you for your continued support and recommendations!

Today we’d like to share another project we recently completed for someone who has become a very special client to us. This time, we resurfaced her deck, repaired all the damaged areas, and worked hard to give it a fresh, beautiful look.

We truly enjoy working with Mara. We previously remodeled her bathroom, and after some time had passed, it was great to walk back into that space and see that everything still looked excellent. Seeing our work hold up over time reminds us why we always strive to deliver the highest quality possible.

Thank you, Mara, for trusting KABOS LLC once again. It means a lot to us to have loyal clients like you, and we’ll be happy to help whenever you’re ready for your next project.

Thank you for your continued support! Thank you very much Mara

We want to give a big thank you to our friend Sawson for trusting us once again.

This is the second time we’ve had the opportunity to work with him. The first time was on his personal home, and this time he reached out to us to renovate a property he originally planned to rent out.

Now that the project is complete, it looks like he has received a very strong offer and may be considering selling it instead of renting.

The project has just been finished, and if he decides to move forward with the sale or list it on the market, we’ll be sharing the address in case anyone is interested.

Thank you again, Sawson, for your trust and continued support!

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank Carla and Larry for trusting us once again with one of their projects.

This one is truly special to me. Many years ago, they gave me the opportunity to work on one of my first projects. I still remember how Carla printed my very first business cards on her computer. Moments like that stay with you.

This time, we had the privilege of helping them with their master bathroom. We installed quartz slabs that were so large, it honestly felt like we were moving a mountain just to get them inside. At one point, it didn’t even seem possible for the slab to fit through the space.

The countertop team suggested cutting the slab into two pieces to make it work. But for me, that was never an option. I had promised them a beautiful full slab, and that’s exactly what they were going to get. No matter what it took.

We made adjustments, opened up space where needed, and carefully brought everything together. In the end, everything was restored perfectly, as if nothing had ever happened.

Because at the end of the day, a promise is a promise.

Thank you again, Carla and Larry, for your trust and support throughout the years.

We recently helped a client with a frozen pipe issue at his rental property. The property owner lives in the state of Texas, and when the problem happened here in Illinois, he trusted kabos to handle everything from start to finish.

We took care of the entire renovation process as quickly and efficiently as possible, making sure the tenant could get resettled without unnecessary delays. From assessing the damage to completing the repairs, we managed every step so the owner didn’t have to travel from Texas to Illinois.

At kabos LLC, we understand that out-of-state property owners need a team they can trust. We handle the problem, coordinate the work, and deliver results.

If you need reliable support for your property, we’re here to help.
