Another landscaping project from earlier this summer this one features 5x5 treated landscape Timbers with filter fabric and drainage stone. This really added some character to this home and better drainage around the foundation the amount of roots removed to install this in was mind blowing!

The current project we’ve been working on is a 16x26 sunroom porch on stamped concrete with in-floor heat, it has a 8x26 covered extension on post & beams this area will also have concrete poured under it with a side walk wrapping around the back next summer. Stay tuned the metal roof, windows and doors are being installed next!
