Well be heading down then back up for that trip potentially further north into Minnesota as well

Our amazing, repeat customer had the vision and the team & Forged delivered the custom carpentry work! Gorgeous new bookcase w/electrical build out, entry bench & TV cabinet all with butcher block tops, bamboo wall and new paint throughout the whole house. Beautiful!

Beautiful new kitchen w/stacked cabinets and quartz counters, new LVP flooring, doors & trim, stair railing update, board & batten wall in laundry room & a custom wood mantle are complete! Everything turned out amazing for our wonderful repeat customer!

Last year we like many of our colleagues and competitors got crushed by permits last year.

Many of the villages have changed their process for permits.

They are taking longer than originally expected or historically what they used to

Our goal this year is to book out for a few months and get all materials ordered before summer price increases happen
- all materials will be ordered and set with a delivery date
- permits will all be approved

Our only delay would be weather.

Summer 2025 permits were more difficult than normal to obtain on any project type. They also came with longer delays.
We’re booking our decks now so we can just get started on your project without delay
