New apprentice came back for day 2 😆 🤣. Great worker, takes initiative and very teachable. Completely clogged up sewer main, due to 1/2 the line being pitched incorrectly. We did a full main re-pipe to correct the issue.

Customer wanted to replace their tank water heater with a tankless and add a laundry sink next to their washing machine because of the spaced saved from the tankless. We re-routed water supply lines, gas line, waste line for condensate and added new waste and water for laundry sink. Thank you to Corblake Electric for the added electrical. Tight space, but it came out nicely.

New DAB Mini 3 install today, whole home booster pump!! Water pressure low or like this customer in Point with 3 stories of living space. The higher water has to go the more pressure you lose. We solved that today!!

To everyone out there, we have received an unprecedented amount of frozen pipe calls today. The cold weather and extreme wind yesterday tipped the scales for what the jersey shore is used too. Optimum Plumbing & Heating is doing everything to service new and existing clients. If you have frozen piping call water company first to shut off street main valve so when it thaws you have less of a disaster. Some plumbing companies may have Thawing machines, we do not. And I maybe wrong but talking with another plumber they only work if you have copper piping. If you have frozen PEX pipes I am not sure.
