👀 DBR Construction is looking to bring on a new team member to assist our Superintendent with daily field operations. We are seeking someone motivated, energetic, dependable, and eager to grow within the construction industry. 🛠️

👷🏼‍♂️This position will work directly under and report to the Superintendent. Candidates will be carefully vetted by both company ownership and the Superintendent to ensure a strong fit for the team and company culture.

Responsibilities 📝

* Assist Superintendent with day-to-day job site operations
* Run materials, tools, and documents between job sites and suppliers
* Help maintain job site organization and cleanliness
* Coordinate deliveries and assist with scheduling tasks
* Perform general labor and support duties as needed
* Communicate effectively with crews, vendors, and management

Requirements 🚨

* Reliable transportation is required
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Punctual, organized, and dependable
* Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
* Construction experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate

Additional Information ✨

A company vehicle may be discussed after the successful completion of the preliminary/probationary period.

Found a frog trapped inside of a lead boot today. 🐸👀

This is exactly why we install squirrel/rodent boot guards on roofs. They help protect the lead boot from squirrels, rodents, debris, and potential leaks — one small detail that can make a huge difference in extending the life of your roof. 🏠
