We are Hiring! Infinite Roofing and Construction located in Colonie, NY are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Roofing Sales Associate for a full-time employment position. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be passionate about sales, and be a team-player but be able to work on their own day to day. All leads are pre screened and in the market for full roof replacements!

COMMISSION BASED

Commission is 5% of residential revenue and 2% of commercial revenue, our average residential job size is 10k.

Job entails 80% hot leads already in the market for roof replacements and 20% cold calling, we provide enough leads for you to sell 2 a million dollar per year quota. Overtime is hardly expected but there is more opportunity for someone who is willing to put extra work in chasing larger commercial leads. A motivated salesman will sell 3 million a year earning UPWARDS of $150,000.

Most sales associates bring home their first commission check within 2-3 weeks.

Roofing sales in particular can be VERY rewarding. The more sales you close, the more you make! $150,000+ a year is attainable with enough sales! Once you’re in the swing of things you should be selling one roof per day which equals around 2.6 million revenue for the year without any commercial.

Requirements:

-Prior experience in sales (2 years minimum)
-Must be customer oriented.
-Eager to learn and outgoing.
-Have to know how to handle rejections.
-Have an entrepreneurial attitude.
-Have a valid Driver’s License.
-Reliable transportation.
-Be at the office at 9am.
-Any prior roofing experience will be a huge benefit.

Our sales associates come into the office at 9 AM and leave after the last appointment is finished. Three nights a week we allow the last appointment to be booked at 6 pm, two nights a week the last appointment will be at 4:30. If there are no later appointments then you would leave by 5:30 or earlier if all estimates have been sent out and follow ups made. During spring, fall and summer it is expected to work every other Saturday while taking the Monday off. Saturday's last appointment is booked at 3:30. Most days the appointments are finished earlier than the last available booking as we only do 3 estimates per day and our receptionist will be trying to get you out earlier.

You will be driving our vehicles only and be an employee of Infinite Roofing, We will not 1099.

Field Work
1) Running jobs and Quality Inspections
