🔨🏡 NOT ALL CONTRACTORS ARE CREATED EQUAL — EXPERIENCE MATTERS!

At Reed Homes, we believe true craftsmanship goes far beyond what you see on the surface. It’s about the details, structural integrity, and doing the job right the first time!

Our General Contractor, Rich Reed, takes tremendous pride in his craft. With years of hands-on experience, he’s often called upon to tackle challenging projects and correct construction issues left behind by less experienced workmanship.

🏡 Our latest lakefront renovation is a perfect example!

We had the privilege of helping a homeowner address several significant structural concerns that had developed over decades, including:

🔨 Correcting a sagging roofline

🔨 Repairing improper framing and structural inconsistencies

🔨 Realigning and correcting the roof ridge

🔨 Addressing poorly executed roof connections from previous additions

🔨 Resolving roof leaks that were affecting the homeowner’s beautifully remodeled bathroom
This roof is now ready for its 50 year This roof is now ready for its new composition shingles. installed by our preferred vendor MCCR Roofing Inc.

The reality? A beautiful remodel is only as good as the structure supporting it!

Whether you’re renovating an older home, correcting previous construction mistakes, or dreaming of a complete transformation, hiring an experienced contractor who understands both interior and exterior construction is essential.

At Reed Homes, we combine skilled craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and attention to detail to create spaces that aren’t just beautiful — they’re built to last.

✨ Because quality isn’t just what you see. It’s what you don’t see that matters most!

Every home has a story… this is ours.
As many of you know my husband Rich, is an amazing contractor. He has worked skillfully offering his construction service in Lake County since 2005. What some of you might not know is, I am the interior designer behind the operation. 😊

Rich brings the strength, structure, and precision. I bring the vision, flow, and finishing touches. We love working together and I feel like that love flows into each project. I’m proud of what we have created together. Together, we transform spaces into something more meaningful…a place people are proud to call home.

You may ask? How do I have time to design on top of my successful real estate business? Honestly they mold perfectly. I design and stage my listing to sell. Many of my clients after purchasing a home are overwhelmed by the thought of remodeling! So they hire our company to redesign and remodel the space.

Design is at the core of everything I do right down to the marketing, details and core of the process! It’s never just about construction or design—it’s about the balance between the two and bringing our clients success.

This picture was taken yesterday at one of our most recent completed projects💙This gorgeous Paradise Cove home in Lucerne CA now has a show stopping, jaw dropping kitchen.
