Basement Remodel Transformation 🔨🏠

This project got a complete refresh from the bathroom all the way through the rest of the basement.

The bathroom was fully remodeled, including eliminating an existing closet so we could expand the shower and create a much more functional layout.

The large rec room received a new drywall ceiling, new flooring, fresh paint, and updated finishes. Throughout the rest of the basement, we also installed electric baseboard heaters, added new light fixtures, painted the rooms, and refreshed the entire space.

We finished things off with new exterior doors, giving this basement an updated look from the inside out.

A lot of individual improvements came together to completely change how this basement looks, feels, and functions.

New roof, done right from the deck up. 🏠🔨
For this roof replacement, we didn’t just focus on the shingles—the details underneath are just as important.
We installed GAF Timberline HDZ® shingles along with new skylights, new flashing, and lifetime pipe boots. Ice & water protection was installed throughout critical areas, including the rakes, valleys, chimneys, skylights, pipe penetrations, and other vulnerable areas to provide an extra layer of protection where leaks are most likely to occur.
It’s the details you may never see once the roof is finished that can make the biggest difference in how it performs over the years.
