Water damage is the worst, you never know how far it has ran until you open things up! It acts quickly, causing structural rot, mold growth, and electrical hazards within 24–48 hours. 😬
We salvaged what we could on this ranch house and did our thing on the rest.

The weekend reno house is complete! Purchased this house at the beginning of the year. I think it turned out great! Tried really hard to keep as much of the original look as possible. From refurbishing the cabinets to sanding and refinishing the original hardwood floors .

Don’t mind the footprints i walked on my polyurethane a little too early 👣

Fun filler job we squeezed in between a couple bathroom projects we have going.
Tore off all the old barn wood siding , salvaged a lot of boards to repurpose on another project.
Added new Sheating , house wrap and Delta Rib metal siding .
She’s good for another 75 years 🤙🏻
