Phase 1 update on West Island in Fairhaven! This one-of-a-kind build is being thoughtfully designed from the ground up. The first phase features a two-car garage, with 3 storage closets off the back, and an apartment space above. Plus a dedicated art studio and exercise space. On the first floor off of the garage, there is a breezeway that will connect to the main house in Phase 2, bringing the full vision together. The siding selected for this project is Accoya siding. A durable, modified pine known for its exceptional stability and moisture resistance. The trim is also the same product. It’s widely used throughout the U.S. and Europe for its longevity and performance in demanding climates. Stay tuned for more photos over the next few weeks as the interior work gets underway.
