A small job we recently completed for a new client in town.

This client had a sinkhole in their backyard that had developed over many years. It got so bad that they could no longer mow on the backside of the tree in the middle due to so much settling.

We brought in sandy fill to structurally fill the depression. We then top dressed with screened loam and spread seed. We also buffed up the additional parking area next to the garage on our way out.

This client was awesome to work for and we are very happy with the finished product! If you are looking for a quote on a similar project reach out today!

One of the foundation holes we dug this week at a new full site package in Middleboro.

This lot is on a quiet street, set back from the road and has very good soil conditions.

We are excited to be a small part of bringing a new home to fruition for another local family!

This was our first septic install of 2026. As you can see we got after it as soon as the blizzard was over.

We moved the skid in to remove snow from the footprint of the septic. Then we found and decommissioned the existing leaching pit. After cleaning that out, we dug for the new leaching field.

This system called for a Roth 1500 gallon reinforced plastic tank. That was helpful because it allowed us to set the tank when it made the most sense for order of operations.

Once the open hole was inspected we imported C-33 septic sand and constructed a Presby leaching field. The main downside to these fields is the requirement of a high vent. On this one, we were able to tuck it along the fence behind a big pine tree so it’s least visible to the new homeowners.

Once final inspection was complete we backfilled and spread screened loam. Next week it will be seeded and should be green in no time!
