After a thorough inspection (and a few extra sniffs), Splash confirmed that the crew is doing an outstanding job. From excavation and steel to plumbing, decking, and finishing touches, every project gets our full attention to detail.

Concrete Pour Day is Almost Here! 🚧💪

The groundwork is done, the forms are set, and the steel is in place. We’re spending today making sure every detail is ready for Monday’s concrete pour on this custom backyard project.

At Blue Springs Pool & Construction, we believe the finished product is only as good as the preparation underneath it. Proper grading, reinforcement, and formwork help ensure a strong, long-lasting deck that will look great and perform for years to come.

If you have experience selling custom gunite pools, fiberglass pools, outdoor living projects, or high-ticket construction projects, we want to talk with you.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven sales experience in the pool or construction industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and driven to close deals
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and client expectations professionally
• Knowledge of pool construction and outdoor living is a major plus

What we offer:
• Commission-based 1099 role to start
• Growth opportunity into a W2 Sales Leader position
• Company-provided leads and marketing support
• Additional earning potential for self-generated leads and networking efforts
