This week’s Plumber of the Week spotlight goes to Caleb CookCarl Cook.

Carl has been with McCarther Plumbing for about 2 years, and in that time he has become an outstanding apprentice and an important part of our team. He’s hardworking, dependable, eager to learn, and always willing to jump in wherever he’s needed.

One thing everyone knows about Carl is that there’s never a dull moment when he’s on the job site. He’s a jokester who always keeps the crew laughing and helps make even the toughest days a little more enjoyable.

Beyond the laughs, Carl has proven himself on all types of jobs, from small service calls to large-scale projects. No matter the size of the task, he shows up ready to work, learn, and get the job done right. His growth over the last two years has been impressive, and he continues to develop into a skilled plumber every day.

We’re proud to have Carl on our team and excited to see what the future holds for him in this trade.

This week’s Employee Showcase goes to Alejandro “Hondo” Hernandez.

Hondo has been a part of the McCarther Plumbing family since February 2022, and in that time he has proven himself to be one of the greatest assets our company has. He is also on track to become our newest Journeyman, a well-earned accomplishment that reflects years of hard work, dedication, and commitment to the trade.

Not only is Hondo one of the hardest workers on our team, but he’s also one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. He’s always willing to do what’s asked of him, tackle challenges head-on, and help wherever he’s needed.

What really sets him apart is his ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs with confidence and skill. Whether it’s residential service work or large commercial projects, Hondo consistently proves that he can handle the job. His latest project, the new Tropical Smoothie on Fort Hood, is just one example of the quality work he continues to deliver.

We are incredibly proud of everything Hondo has accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for him as he continues to grow in this trade.

This week’s plumber appreciation spotlight goes to Erik Zamora.

Erik has officially been with McCarther Plumbing for 2 years, and during that time he has continued to prove himself as an incredible asset to our company. Recently, he earned his Journeyman’s license, making him the youngest Journeyman in the company.

That accomplishment says a lot about his work ethic, dedication, and the amount of hard work he’s put in at such a young age. Erik takes pride in what he does, works hard every day, and continues to grow into an outstanding plumber and leader.

We’re proud to have him on our team and excited to see what his future holds.

This week’s employee feature goes to Caden Brister as we celebrate his one year anniversary with McCarther Plumbing.

Over the past year, Caden has become one of the best helpers/apprentices we’ve ever had. He works hard, learns fast, shows up ready to go, and takes a lot of pride in what he does. He’s been a huge asset to our team and has grown tremendously in a short amount of time.

While we’re going to be super sad to see him head to the union, we’re also proud of him and excited to see where his future takes him. Good workers are hard to find, and Caden has definitely made a lasting impression here at McCarther Plumbing.

Help us congratulate Caden on one year with us and wish him luck on his next chapter.

Another rough-in underway.

There’s a lot more that goes into plumbing a new build than most people ever see. Before the concrete gets poured, every drain, water line, and connection has to be planned out, measured correctly, and installed the right way the first time.

Our crew has been out getting this rough-in knocked out and making solid progress. This stage is one of the most important parts of the entire plumbing system, and we take a lot of pride in making sure everything is clean, correct, and ready for the next phase.

Big shoutout to the guys out there working through the heat and getting after it.

This week’s employee highlight goes to our youngest apprentice, Ayden Deorsam, here at McCarther Plumbing.

Ayden has only been with us for about 8 months, but he’s already learned so much and continues to improve every day. He comes to work ready to learn, works hard, asks questions, and has been doing an awesome job out in the field.

It’s great seeing young guys take pride in learning the trade and putting in the effort to get better every day. We’re proud of the progress he’s made already and excited to watch him continue to grow.
