Annabelle's Irrigation and Landscape Services has been in business since 2003, under the name of Mauldin Maintenance and Landscape. We have added licensed Irrigation services to our services and felt the need for a new name and create an LLC. Did you know that 68% of all water use in the United States goes to irrigation? In the interest of conserving precious water, we strive to create beneficial

irrigation plans that can even cut down on your water bill! We do it all: from mowing and edging to creating beautiful flower and plant arrangements. We plant trees, install cemetery curbing, and maintain a large client base in Lampasas and the surrounding area. We are especially proud of our seasonal color change-outs and custom stone work. We cater to clients ranging from the homeowner with a small budget that likes to keep their yard looking nice to the business with a larger budget that requires a professional appearance. Our most competitive advantage is that we offer personal service with professional attitude.
