Our Double D's family just got a little bigger! 💙

The Schneiders are excited to introduce the newest member of the crew, Lorenzo "Enzo" Xavier Schneider! Derrick, Ashley, big brother Xander, and Zeus are overjoyed to welcome their sweet baby boy, born on July 29, 2026.

We can't wait for everyone to meet our newest little crew member! 🩵

Pinkstock Homes just completed another amazing new build, and as always- we were honored to be a part of the process. 😀

✨ Another beautiful transformation complete! ✨

This home turned out absolutely stunning.

🏡 Throughout the main living areas, we installed Flooret Modin in Nakan, creating a seamless, modern look that’s built to last.

🧺 In the laundry room and Jack & Jill bathroom, we used Triversa Prime in Pearl—the perfect blend of durability and style for high-traffic spaces.

🛏️ The bedrooms were finished with Sun Drift Cashmere carpet, adding warmth, comfort, and a luxurious feel underfoot.

The finished result is clean, timeless, and absolutely gorgeous. We love helping homeowners bring their vision to life, and this project is one we’re especially proud of.
