Another flooring remodel successfully completed by Tuscan Building Group!

We’re proud to have completed the flooring work at Applebee’s in Lyndhurst, Ohio, helping refresh the space and create a clean, updated look for their guests.

The team at Tuscan Building Group just wrapped this one up, and honestly, seeing the before and after together never gets old. Big thanks to our clients for trusting us with their home—we truly appreciate the opportunity to bring this space to life!

We swapped out the old tops for some gorgeous new stone from our friends over at Distinctive Marble and Granite, threw up a crisp white herringbone backsplash, and finished it off with a fresh new sink and matte black faucet.

Tuscan Building Group recently completed this Burger King revamp on an aggressive timeline — and our team still delivered the project on schedule while maintaining the level of quality we pride ourselves on.

From demolition to the final touches, this project required coordination, long hours, and a committed crew working together to meet the deadline without cutting corners.

From demo to rebuild our crew is locked in, working around the clock to deliver a clean modern transformation on an accelerated timeline. Projects like this are where experience and coordination make all the difference.

At a moment’s notice, Tuscan Building Group was called in to support the new Rural King project in Lancaster, Ohio—and our team delivered.

In under 48 hours, we mobilized manpower and completed an intense week’s worth of work, including:
• Installing 61 sheets of drywall
• Completing 2,000 SQFT of ceiling grid
• Pouring 16 yards of concrete
• Constructing two fitting rooms
• Patching and replacing ceiling tile across a 48,000 SQFT sales floor

This effort required early mornings, late nights, and two full weekends of nonstop work. It’s a testament to the dedication, grit, and professionalism of our team.

We’re incredibly grateful for the men and women who stepped up and made this happen. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
