Redemption stories are the best stories.

Hagerstown MD got smacked with tennis ball sized hail on August 7th. I met this kind gentleman on the 9th; he was denied by his insurance company several years ago for a roof replacement. Now his roof was near the end of its lifespan and a looming $20,000 bill was coming his way.

I shared how I could fight for him and show his insurance company the damages. He was understandably hesitant to file another claim being denied before.

We met with his insurance on 17th and got a new roof put on paid by his insurance, only needing to pay his $500 deductible. Oh, and he’s getting new gutters and downspouts paid by them too 😊 that’s $20,000 in his pocket now instead of on his roof.

Sometimes it can be hard to trust and try again after failing in the past. But judging from the huge smile on his face today, there’s no sweeter taste than redemption.
