Multiple layers and years of different stain can result in the final appearance looking blotchy or uneven. (See the before photo). Good prep is essential when applying a stain to your siding, especially if you are using a transparent or semitransparent stain.

I wasn’t satisfied with how the siding looked after pressure washing, so I decided to go above and beyond for our client and we are sanding the siding for a new fresh surface to work with. I can’t wait to see what it looks like when we are finished!

Wow! This was our first time working with Fine Paints of Europe! This paint is called Hollandlac Brilliant 98. It is an oil-based, extremely high gloss paint.

This color is called “At Ease Soldier” from Sherwin-Williams.
