This customer was looking to place a back patio into a connection with the front ramp. So we tied the back patio into the front ramp with a sidewalk down the side of the house, and you flared out front downward ramp. He did the wiring for the flagpole lights and also placed the flagpole subframe and into place prior to our concrete pour. All of this was done with a brushed finish and a 3 inch edge. The back portion we took around a generator and up to an existing 3 foot elevated patio. We placed a step from our concrete halfway up to the existing patio, which was about a 7 1/2 inch step. I think he has more concrete work coming as he likes to spend money and make his back area look fantastic. Joking.

Did a carport just like this a few weeks ago and wouldn’t you know it a lady from the neighborhood said I want one so here we are making it happen. 18x24 tied into the existing roof and she is head over heels about it. We can do this for you just ask us to!!

We placed a 11 x 21 concrete slab in front of this house. Brushed finished with one step that went up to the front door. They wanted a heavy timber look to the front that tied in to the existing roof. They also wanted to be able to look up and see the heavy timbers and a wood underskirt to the roof. We laid yellow pine tongue and groove for the underside and matched the shingles to the existing roof with a metal valley. The metal connector plates are for looks, but can also be the strength of the connections. We like the metal connector plates to be for looks as it adds an additional strength to the construction. These homeowners were happy and are telling everybody about it.

Removed an old 4‘ x 4‘ deck on the back of a house to replace it with a newer synthetic composite decking. We did fine some seal plate rot so we removed it and replaced it and sealed it up like it should be. New deck is 8‘ x 4‘ with composite boards made by Timbertech.  All joist are 1 foot on center so that the composite boards do not sag between joist. Same thing for the stringers on the steps and at last we closed in the risers and placed some new vinyl railing. Recently finished up this small project. The homeowner had completed the deck servicing but needed help with the stairs due to the angles. We were willing to help. After re-supporting the stair stringers and laying down the treads and risers it was complete. We then moved onto some Reihing on the upper deck that they had purchased. And last but not least a roof over the lower deck. We ended up covering out to the edge of the steps just to give them a larger surface of shade. And all I believe they are happy and will have us back for some future projects. Thank you, Kori and Alan.

Customer wanted new railing as the old was about 15-20 years old. So we reused the spindles and gave them what they asked for. Drink rail all the way around with solar lights on top of the post. To clean up the post area we placed post skirts and man did it pay off. Trex cladding board for the transition on the side.
