We are in the beginning stages of implementing surcharges on hardware.
This is due to the rapid global expansion of data center infrastructure and Al-driven demand causing a significant increase in the cost of computer hardware. As a result, we are currently acquiring hardware at meaningfully higher costs than we were earlier this year. The surcharge is limited to the actual increase in our cost of goods, so that only the true cost increase is passed on. There will be official announcements sent out next week, but I wanted to let you know now as the current plan is to start implementing HW surcharges on orders placed after 3/31/2026.
