Community Heritage Partners: Architects Rebuilding Community
Community Heritage Partners uses architecture, town planning, urban design, historic preservation, and real estate development strategies to develop innovative design solutions and find new active uses for under-utilized properties and older buildings. Our plans and solutions guide our clients toward best options for property improvements, renovations, and new construction. When these older properties or structures are re-used with design forethought, they can better generate new revenues, provide reasonable returns on investments, grow the local tax base, and strengthen property values. We’re enabling them to play a vital new role in continuously improving local quality of life. An ever-improving and appreciating building stock is KEY to community success, because it adds safety, comfort, energy efficiency, livability, and economic sustainability, as well as more life and new investment. Without these, cities, towns, and villages are always at risk of backsliding. We also work at the larger scale of districts, neighborhoods, and communities, to recommend improvements in community and economic development policy and procedures that will encourage and support individual property improvements. ARCHITECTURE. REGENERATION. COMMUNITY VALUE. Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and now in business for nearly 35 years, Community Heritage Partners works as licensed architects, certified town planners, and preservation consultants, in older communities across the US eastern seaboard, from South Carolina to Maine, where people recognize the value of working collaboratively with specialists to regenerate their historic places and architecture. We’d be very pleased to offer our skills to help develop or design your project or community vision. Please call anytime: 717-393-1639.
