Commercial Construction Estimator / Project Manager

Job description
Applicant must be able to calculate the cost of commercial construction projects, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors and suppliers. Must provide detailed cost proposals.
Applicant must be able to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Quickly become familiar with project documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements.
Possess analytical skills, communication skills, relationship building, technical abilities, strong mathematical skills, critical thinking, detail oriented, multi-tasking and excellent time management.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of project management, cost estimates for construction project change orders.
5 years relevant commercial construction work experience.
Experience with estimating Prevailing Wage projects and required documentation.
