Removing an unwanted guest in this customers attic.
This customer called me hearing some activity in their attic. After just a couple minutes of talking with them over the phone and a quick evaluation I was certain we were dealing with a raccoon. Now peace can be restored in their house. I usually like to give it a couple days or so of no activity before doing exclusion repair to be sure that we don't trap any animals inside.

Very thankful for my thermal imaging on this job. Had I used that access door to the Attic in this client's home, both me and that raccoon may have gotten a surprise when I opened the door, haha. Thankfully there was a second access door I was able to get in and set my trap up. I've got a live view camera set up on the trap ready for catching.
