These pics are from 1 round of 22 custom windows we installed for a customer in Landenberg.
All told we did 43 windows for this customer last year. Every single one required custom trim work inside and out.
This spring they are having us back to do a lot of wood siding and exterior trim work.

This customer in Kennett Square needed us to paint the pillars on the front porch and pool area. We also painted an unsightly vent on the deck steps. Birds were nesting in a dryer vent, so we installed a vent with a cage.
The garage needed new trim and paint due to some damage. And there was a drywall repair required in the office.
The mail box needed some attention too. The landscapers had damaged the base Trim around the post. And the post in general needed some love. We gave it new trim, a fresh newel top and 2 coats of paint all around. We also cut out and mulched an area around the post to prevent the landscapers from doing additional damage in the future.

We do all types of flooring installation.

This customer in Lincoln University needed 1800 sq ft of rolled vinyl installed on a concrete clab. The space is being used as a cat sanctuary and 501c.

We removed up to 4 layers of flooring in some areas. Then we scraped the concrete clean and leveled the low spots. Finally, we laid the floor in all 11 rooms and 8 closets.
This job also included new cabinets, counter and sink in two rooms. As well as removing all fixtures and capping all plumbing in a bathroom to convert it to storage space. We also installed new door handles and deadbolts on the exterior entrances.

Every now and then we get an unusual custom request.
This customer had a window ac unit that was installed in the wall. The opening was way too large for the unit. So we framed the opening closer and trimmed it out.

The customer opted not to have any painting or siding repair done.

We do a lot of windows each year. Replacement windows are usually pretty straightforward.
Sometimes the frames are rotten. When that's the case, we do custom installs that include reframing the rough opening and all finish work required to make it better than new.

This project in West Chester was a combination of small tasks and medium projects.
We installed 3 racks for garden tools in the garage. Then we built a step for access to the utility sink. We also water proofed the utility area. This entailed removing the sink and plumbing, installing pvc sheets and pvc trim, then reinstalling the plumbing.
We also installed 3 grab bars for the steps.

Inside, we installed 1 shelf in each bathroom, sensor lights in the closets, 2 curtain rods, a pull down faucet in the master to allow for hair washing in the sink and also a new door handle for the garage. The handle was actually 2 handles in different finishes that we canibalized so the black matched the exterior and the brushed nickel matched the rest of the interior doors. We also keyed the lock so it matched her existing key.
Additionally, the master bedroom and bathroom both needed fresh paint. So we gave them two good coats that included some drywall repair.
