As it has gotten cold, lm cutting short my time off...unhook your outside hose bibbs...wrap them with old shirt and duct tape. Close your vents under the house to your crawlspace and leave the smallest trickle of steady water on your kitchen sink as they are on outside walls of your home...lm available for work...Merry Christmas...

Evidence at restaraunt and wrong heater for application, but negative air pressure problem in kitchen...problem solved...

My customer had failing pressure, and l diagnosed bad pressure switch. The customer had a second pressure tanklaingaround that at the bladder was still holding charge and was in better shape than current tanks l let him know the more reservoir the less that his pump would cycle...that being said he purchased new 36 gallon tank and l put new tank tee, pressure switch(from a 30/50 to a 40/60 because of sediment filter), relief valve, drain, cut off, therefore saving life on pump cycles and money out of his pocket...resulting in one thrilled customer
