It’s going to be a windy one out there this afternoon! Days like this are a good reminder of the difference between above-ground and underground electrical service.
When you have above-ground power lines, strong winds and tree branches can be a real problem. All it takes is one good gust or a falling limb to bring a line down and knock out power.
With underground service, everything’s buried safely out of the weather. No branches to worry about, and fewer outages. Though installation can cost a bit more up front.
If you’re thinking about upgrading or planning new service, we can help you weigh the pros and cons of both options.
Stay safe, and keep an eye on those trees today!
