We, as the Insulation Contractors Association of Washington, D.C. Inc, are the leading management association representing commercial and industrial insulation contracts in the DMV area. The ICA represents our members for the purpose of bargaining collectively with labor organizations including the Heat & Frost Insulators Allied Workers Local 24 of Washington, D.C.
